I don't know if you feel it, but things have really shifted!! As I said in the last newsletter this year feels pretty big to me. And with that in mind, I want to let you know about another change here at The Healing Centre...
I had my first holiday in 5 years, last week!! It was wonderful, and really drove home for me how much time I need to spend detaching from all the channeling work to give myself a rest ie caring for myself a little more often!
I had a little insight come to me during my week away, and I want to share it as it speaks of a need we all have to just be human, sometimes, and therefore limited. Though there is lots of channeling from the Teachers about how unlimited we really are, there is a balance required - our human selves need just as much time and attention as our connection to soul does.
I have been channeling readings from the Teachers for quite some time now, but I've always found that the pressure and energy required to channel as I do takes it's toll physically. It wasn't until I completely detached from work for a week that I found out the problem isn't channeling - it's the way I am doing it.
I realised that I can channel my higher self and still pass on the Teachers information - in other words I don't need to take myself out of the reading so the Teachers speak directly through me, but allow my psychic skills to integrate with the Teachers words. I have been learning over the past few years how to detach from the mind and just let the information from spirit flow - to trust, in other words. Now I can use that more fluidly to gather information from a variety of sources including your own personal spirit guides and angels and draw it down into one stream of information.
The Teachers tell me this is a great message for all of us, because when we become frustrated with life, it's not always that everything is wrong, but we may need to change the format, process or understanding of how we are doing things. We need to take a step back, detach, and look at the bigger picture.
