Healing our money pathways is all about finding areas of growth through what otherwise appears to be blocked energy! This message is the driver behind the Law of Attraction and manifestation work going on everywhere around us.
What is obvious to me from the amount of teachings out there is not that we are being greedy or selfish, but we have a huge amount of need this area. This need is creating the space for all these law of attraction teachings. But for most of us they don't really work. Not effectively enough , or quickly enough anyway. The Teachers tell me that those who manifest instantly or quickly are generally pretty happy with their lives to begin with. So there are no energetic/emotional blocks to change and growth, or importantly acceptance of goodness into their lives! But those of us who have old issues to burn up or dissolve and feel frustrated by life, have a slightly longer journey to take. Our process of money growth needs to be taken one step at a time...building up our strength and resilience as we go.
My personal work with the Teachers has shown me that taking our healing one step at a time, allows the space and time needed to open the doorways to things like financial solvency first (those who have read my Facebook page know that I was bankrupt a few years back), and eventually into abundance. I feel that I had to let myself go right back to basics around money - to really solely on myself as an income generator, rather than assuming that credit would prop up my life.
The process of change can be very limited by ego- consciousness, fear and even the need to hold onto money 'because there is never enough'. But the course the Teachers are providing us with below is all about letting ourselves let go and heal the money pathways, even if that means having less for just a moment as we build more from the inside out. That is, if we don't have enough now it's ok because we are in the perfect place to begin this healing journey!! Importantly it teaches us that if we don't take this slowly we tend to continue to deny ourselves the right to this clear pathway through the financial part of our human world.
Money is a spiritual commodity, how much we have tends to be inline with how respectful we are of our own needs. It seems so strange that we are expected to not want money if we are spiritual. What I do agree with is that if we believe we are protected and cared for by the universe then we are. But we live in a money-focused world. It is our form of barter and essential to our wellbeing - on physical, psychic, emotional and spiritual levels.
There is so much stress in the world because people do not have enough money - yet we have someone managed to deny ourselves the right to money too. This 'you are greedy if you want more money' theory is ruining our lives.
I find it frustrating and ridiculous that there are claims that we do not need money if we want to be spiritually empowered beings. Though on another level this is entirely true - if we need money we obviously don't have any and this then confirms to the world that it should bring it to us. If we focus on what we don't have we end up with even less of that!
We deserve everything that this world has to offer and a part of that is being able to take care of our physical,emotional and spiritual needs by the tools that this world has given us - part of this is money.
Money is not necessarily happiness or love, but the provision of everything that we need to make our lives peaceful and unstressed is love and results in happiness. We seem to have a clamp that we put on ourselves when it comes to money... yet we are willing to learn more too, the world is calling us too.
If 2012 is the turning point towards a new era then it is also time that reassess how much love we are willing to share with ourselves. Lack is ego playing out. Abudance is Love playing out. Many people are seeing this and seeing how useless it is to believe in their own unworthiness or undeserving nature of money. It simply leads to unhappiness and 2012 is about asking us to ask for more - to believe that we deserve more!
Many of the teachings which suggest we don't need money are out-dated because the world has changed. There is more money now available to us and it is expected that we use this money to pay for things that we need in life.
So, there is a real need to be present with our world and where it is taking us but to do so with awareness. We can have enough or more than enough money without getting caught up in consumerism - or judging consumerism either. There is a way for us to respect our needs and see what the universe can really provide to us if we choose to connect with love.
