Stress is a human condition. It stems from being unable to process emotion. Though it is easy to blame people, events or situations for stress - it stems solely from emotional realms.
Stress is something that you can control. It is a place of comfort for many of you to know that it comes undone! Stress is only ever an issue when there is no work being done to unravel it, heal it or take control of your own mind and thoughts back again.
Stress is not something that you can control by letting go of. It is something that must be attended to and there are three simple understandings about how you can do this:
When you have tried these things you will see that stress disappears slowly and by it's own unravelling. However, there are other things you can do to speed up the process of stress-relief... if you take the time to let a little magic into your life!
Most people believe deeply in their stress - there is nothing more for them, they say deep down inside. Yet if you allow stress to sit in your life and focus on it, you will see that there are answers already embedded - the stress knows what it is showing you and wants you to dig up what lies beneath it, so it will always give you both reason and answer.
This process is a direct line of approach to the stress - look right at it and ask it to present itself to you. Then you will know more deeply and more clearly just what needs to be done. The way to do this is to allow yourself a little time to sit down and reflect on what you feel - yet to go deep into this, you will need to allow the pain to rise. Many people feel pain and back away. Yet pain is the answer. Pain is in fact the reason and so if you do not feel your pain, how can you unravel the stress that it causes?
Pain comes from being unable to process and release the cause of the pain and so, if this cause lies in your system unattended it will act out in many ways - it can present itself as money stress, relationship problems, hardship in general, a feeling debility or anxiousness that you can't get ride of, depression - all these things are forms of pain unresolved.
If however, you find this process of sitting and focusing too difficult, then it is strongly suggested that you take on the three steps above until you are able to see and focus on the real causes. Often, once the mind has had a chance to detach from the fear by allowing yourself to spend time by focusing on other things and talking to open up your voice you will allow the voice of the real stress to come forth.
So, the process of unraveling stress is not an easy one, but certainly do-able. You may have to go back through old fears and let yourself see that you are stronger, older and more resilient now - therefore more able to cope, you don't need to hide the original incident or situation from yourself any longer.
All of stress can be dealt with through these 4 different approaches, they aim to keep you wise about life and therefore more able to navigate all that comes your way!
